EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED- Answers phones in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with consumer medical record
- Checking in consumers
- Enters and scans consumer information into EHR
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to requests from Diversion Center staff
- Orders and maintains supply stock for Diversion Center
- Mail distribution
- Provides assistance to front desk staff
- Generates/produces requested reports, documents or forms.
- Scanning and faxing documents when required
Experience and Training
Position requires graduation from an accredited high school or GED, plus one (1) year of work experience in a field related to the duties of the position.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Considerable knowledge of complex clerical procedures and office practices; Agency procedures and policies; rules and regulations concerning work performed; and supervisory techniques.
- Ability to understand and follow departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan, assign, and coordinate work of subordinates; instruct and train clerical workers.
- Prepare complex reports; compose correspondence; and establish and maintain good public relations.

Salary: $15.00/hour $31,200/annual
