Administrative Support Assistant
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Administrative Support Assistant (Regional Administrative Assistant), you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the Regional Account Manager (RAM), including capturing, reporting, and tracking facility issues; coordinating appointments and fingerprinting; inputting data into activity tracking and project reporting systems; maintaining records; supporting conference room reservations; and preparing facility-related reports and documentation.
- Providing administrative and operational support for facility programs by supporting facility projects, physical security activities, safety and health programs, badging activities, mail operations, facility inspections, inventory management, parking support, and other building operations services.
- Coordinating with HHS customers, GSA, building management, contractors, and other stakeholders to capture and resolve facility issues; distributes facility-related information; communicates on security, safety, and facility matters; and maintains relationships with management, building managers, and contractors to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
