KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contracts Documents, Order Processing and Data Management
Review contract documents and Terms and conditions to mitigate risk. Process all orders with a high-attention to detail and ensure complete and accurate data. Enter sales orders, purchase orders, acknowledgments, change orders, and quotes in BisTrack throughout the day, with 98% being processed the same day.
Project Coordination and Communication
Manage a high volume of daily emails to keep project managers, contractors, and vendors informed. Schedule material deliveries with drivers and manufacturers and proactively communicate status updates to ensure everyone knows when items will arrive at the jobsite.Additionally, you will quickly resolve issues such as out-of-stock items, backorders, or delivery delays by working with vendors and internal teams to find solutions that keep projects moving on schedule.
Team Liaison
As a Contracts Administrator, you will serve as the "bridge" between the Sales and Accounting departments by building strong professional relationships and actively assist in problem solving.
