Job Description

Serves as the OTJAG lead administrator and primary point of contact for management of administrative management systems (e.g., workflow, TMT, etc.), suspense tracking, and administrative executive support services for AF/JA, AFLOA and the AFJAGC. Responsibilities include primary management of suspense monitoring and control (e.g., the handling and distribution of work assignments, tasks and other communication within assigned deadlines); administrative communications; information and physical security; facility management (including space acquisition, assignment, renovation and utilization); publications and forms; printing and duplicating services; mail services and deliveries; telephone control; and records management for OTJAG.

Performs personnel activities and functions for OTJAG, including personnel action requests; source documents; unit, field, and master personnel records; and Commander's Support Staff (CSS) tasks. Primarily responsible for performing personnel actions; e.g., conducting in and out processing, monitoring personnel readiness programs, and ordering performance report and decoration shells/rips.

Primary AF/JA action officer for the requisition, purchase, storage, and issuance of office supplies and administrative office equipment and for property management. Evaluates requests for and research necessity, cost effectiveness, and sufficiency of specifications before initiating process for purchase of equipment, supplies, and furniture.

Travel and transportation action officer for planning and scheduling travel for AF/JA and AFLOA personnel in NCR. Plans travel and procures necessary reservations/arrangements (e.g., executive transportation like car service to Capitol Hill).
