Description:Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Performs P-card and local purchase transactions and bookkeeping. Assist with Calibration services to provide payment information to calibration vendors. Maintain scheduling for weekend flight line support at Boeing. Order lab supplies, tools, furniture, and other requested items to maintain team requirements. Receive incoming shipments and distribute to appropriate personnel or work centers. Complete weekly expense reports, including reconciling transactions, posting receipts and Lean Request records, allocating expenses to the correct accounts, and submitting reports. Contact contractors for site needs, repairs, and improvement projects. Pay all incoming utility bills, service bills, and other site-related expenses.

Must work onsite at the Gilbert, AZ location

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient to perform preventive and demand maintenance tasks and minimum of 1 Year of experience.

Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements

Ability to understand policies and procedures for the control of Government property

Ability to work around hazardous materials

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs

Basic SAP knowledge

Self-starter with ability to work independently

Desired Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs

Proficient SAP knowledge

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
