• The skill sets needed, hours required, and approach to complete the project.
• Resumes of associates assigned to the project.
• A detailed cost proposal, either as total turnkey costs or hourly rates by skill set, as per the scope of work.
• 
  This quote remains valid for 120 days from the signing date. All parties must complete and sign the document before any services are performed, with no additional terms included.
