Transaction Processor Associate
= Location: East Hartford, CT
= Pay Rate: $21.02 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate to join our team in East Hartford, CT. In this role, you will support high-volume transaction processing for Open Enrollment by researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced office environment, have strong data entry skills, and are committed to producing accurate, high-quality work while meeting daily productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently while following established procedures.
Research, analyze, and update consumer information using multiple systems.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal errors.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company procedures and operating systems.
Complete assigned work within required deadlines and contract guidelines.
Prioritize tasks effectively while adapting to changing business needs.
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in a team environment.
Follow attendance policies and arrive ready to work at the start of each shift.
Qualifications
Preferred
College degree
Previous experience in transaction processing or eligibility determination
Required Skills
Ability to type 45+ words per minute
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems
Ability to work independently after training with minimal supervision
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet production goals and deadlines
Ability to identify, document, and resolve quality issues
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment

Office-based position
Fast-paced production environment
Overtime may be required, including occasional evenings and weekends during peak business periods
Physical Requirements
Sit for extended periods while working on a computer
Frequently use hands for typing and data entry
Occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, or reach
Lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Ability to maintain close visual focus while reviewing detailed information
