Title: Data entry Location: East Hartford, CT 06108 Contract: 3 Months Pay Rate: Up to $20.69/hr
Position Overview The Transaction Processing Associate will support healthcare open enrollment operations by researching, reviewing, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards, and a professional customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities
Process transactions accurately and efficiently within established procedural guidelines
Research and update consumer information using internal systems
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality assurance standards
Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines
Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
Adhere to attendance and workplace policies
Identify, document, and resolve quality issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM
Strong data entry and administrative support experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads
Comfortable working within multiple computer systems and software platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently after training
Must be able to maintain accuracy while working at a sustained production pace
