Step Into Leadership. Build a Career That Matters.

If you’ve ever thought, “I could run this building,” this is your opportunity.

We’re seeking a driven, high‑potential healthcare professional to join our Administrator‑in‑Training (AIT) program — a structured, hands‑on pathway that prepares you to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). Under the guidance of an experienced Preceptor, you’ll learn every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations and graduate ready to lead your own building.

This is more than a training program — it’s a launchpad for long‑term leadership within our organization.

    What Makes This Program Different

    A Direct Path to Administrator

Many of our current Administrators began as AITs or internal promotions. When you complete the program and earn your license, you’ll step directly into an Administrator role at one of our facilities in Colorado or Nebraska.

    Onsite Housing Provided

We offer comfortable, onsite housing at our Bent County Healthcare Center in Las Animas, CO — making relocation simple and cost‑effective.

    Competitive Compensation

    • During AIT: $25/hr (flexible for exceptional candidates)
    • After Licensure: First‑year Administrators typically start around $90,000
    • Interim Role: After licensure and before placement, you’ll work in Admissions, Marketing, or another key administrative function — often at a higher rate than the training stipend

    Mentorship From Proven Leaders

You’ll train directly with seasoned Administrators who are invested in your success and committed to developing the next generation of SNF leadership.
