Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Administrator, Web Content Ld for their Reston, VA/ Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• This position assists with the management of web environment design, deployment, development and maintenance activities; perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications. focuses on digital content development and management, look and feel, and the user experience; works closely with staff and management throughout the organization to ensure that project teams' web-based communications goals are clearly defined and met.
• 25% Oversees digital communication channels, mini-sites, and applications to align with corporate communication strategy and technology roadmaps. Works with website developers and editorial content contributors to meet business needs and requirements, while also identifying new opportunities. Maintains and advances internet and intranet web content and integrated applications. Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and coaches business units and function groups to create consistent, value-oriented messaging.
• 25% Lead the change processes for all sections of internal and/or customer-facing web pages. Perform constant quality assurance and proofreading checks to ensure all products are posted properly and with accuracy, including correct language, grammar, spelling and style and compliance with section 508.
• 25% Provides leadership and guidance to junior staff by overseeing the development of web site technical architecture, database design and user interface including programming requirements. Participates in various aspects of website design, content development, web analytics, testing, content management, and usability testing. Understands reviewing web analytics to ensure good web design and usability standards are met.
• 25% Maintains, edits, approves and publishes web content with periodic audits. Develops detailed test plans, execute system test cases and provide feedback. Develops and recommends solutions based on business analysis.
• Technical Bridge: Acted as the core liaison between backend product engineering teams and consumer-facing business stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable Liferay DXP user stories and functional requirements.
• CMS Administration: Managed day-to-day CMS administration, content deployment, and system navigation hierarchies within a Liferay portal ecosystem to optimize user experience.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilized Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track member behaviors, identify navigation friction points, and deliver data-backed insights to product teams for iterative platform updates.
• Information Architecture: Collaborated on portal content taxonomy and intuitive navigation pathways, simplifying complex insurance/product data layouts for end-users.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years experience in web content management with progressively responsible web project management experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• CMS Administration experience
• Content Strategy is preferrable
• Site search capabilities, Knowledge Taxonomy, Google Analytics background/Web Analytics.

• No need to write any content, just have to navigate. If someone having HTML, CSS front end part will be helpful while navigating the content but it's not mandatory.
