Admission RN-Home Care

We are currently assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for a Home Care Admissions RN to see patients in their homes in and around the Brockton/Canton/Randolph MA areas.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Shorter works weeks considered
• No weekends or on-call required!
• Competitive pay with mileage reimbursement

Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
