Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greeting customers with a smile and assisting with their shopping experience Sell daily admission, season passes, and all other products in an efficient and friendly manner Sell various merchandise Receive payment by credit cards, vouchers, gift cards or automatic debits Offer additional products to offer the best park experience Have excellent payment handling skills to make transactions fast, friendly, and fun Merchandise and maintain sales displays Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Assist customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities Follow all park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be at least 16* years of age Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs Approachable, outgoing and excited about selling Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Energy and enthusiasm for long days Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.
