Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Working Professionals Programs, the Admissions Manager will serve as a versatile, cross-functional contributor supporting key Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions initiatives.
In this role, the manager will play a central part in executing CRM-driven communications, managing the admissions pipeline,and ensuring a seamless experience for prospects, applicants, and admitted students. The manager will collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain high-quality communications, support recruitment and yield efforts, and engage prospective students throughout every stage of the admissions process.
Essential Functions
Is responsible for executing and maintaining CRM (Slate) communication plans, ad-hoc messaging, and related processes for prospective students at varying stages of the Admissions process including quality control for outgoing communications
Works collaboratively with the Admissions, and Marketing and Communications teams to implement CRM-based communications to prospects, applicants and admitted students
Assists in the creation of events in Slate and execute event-related communications
Creates and maintains communication-related reports to determine effectiveness of enrollment efforts
Monitors content on the Gabelli School's web site and works with marketing-focused colleagues to ensure that information is accurate, relevant, and timely
Monitors admissions-related content for accuracy and becomes a subject matter expert on admissions CRM, beyond the day-to-day use
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned to help support the Graduate Admissions Office
Manages the enquiry pipeline and deliver a high level of customer service by providing detailed admissions advice and guidance and building relationships with prospective students and admits throughout all stages of the application process
Assists with planning and implementing the Working Professionals recruitment/yield events schedule
Explores innovative outreach initiatives to generate viable prospects

Bachelor's degree
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, recruitment or admissions, preferably in a higher education or a corporate setting
Exceptional communication skills, with high attention to detail and follow-up.
Demonstrated organizational skills and experience multitasking with competing priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Office suites.
Experience in CRM.
