ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY The Admissions Representative is responsible for enrolling students while adhering to Valley College policies and the accrediting standards and applicable laws, rules and regulations, as required by accrediting and other federal and state regulatory agencies. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in an academic office setting. It is an onsite position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop, printer, photocopier, and smartphone. TRAVEL This position may need to have occasional travel. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This office role involves extended periods of sitting and basic movement. It may require occasional lifting and reaching. Reasonable accommodation requests will be considered per ADA guidelines. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time salary position. The days and hours of work are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. The standard work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. EDUCATION and PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
