INITIATIVES/PROJECTS:

• Managing Adobe tags for BANK mobile app, BANK online banking, BANK.com unauthenticated site, online applications
• Design and enhance scalable digital measurement frameworks across web platforms using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics as well as Adobe Launch tag management solution.
• Event driven measurement architecture
• Enterprise data governance best practices
• Supporting digital shopping/buying/using journeys with tagging and data

For Mobile:
This role requires expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform and Data Collection. Candidates should have experience with Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK implementations and have led successful migrations from Mobile Adobe Analytics to AEP Mobile SDK.

This includes ensuring that data is made available to Adobe Analytics, AEP datasets, and Customer Journey Analytics and configuring connections to Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Candidate will configure Adobe Data Collection Tags, handle necessary data mappings and provide mobile developers with the information necessary for them to properly implement the ADP Mobile SDK on both iOS and Android platforms. You may also assist in defining tagging strategy, developing detailed implementation requirements, creating reports, writing documentation and testing.

The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

• Experience with digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture
• Experience with data mapping and validation
• Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is required
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Data Collection Tags (Adobe Launch) and Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets)
• Experience implementing other Adobe Experience products (such as Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer) via AEP Mobile SDK

For Web:
This role will be responsible for designing and governing digital analytics solutions that support business growth, customer experience optimization, and data-driven decision making. Parter with cross-functional teams to establish scalable measurement frameworks, support experimentation and personalization initiatives, and ensure high-quality digital data across BANK’s digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform with strong technical knowledge of data collection, tagging, and web analytics.

• Design and enhance scalable digital measurement frameworks across web platforms using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics as well as Adobe Launch tag management solution.
• Establish consistent tracking, validation, and data governance standards
• Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to ensure data collection supports KPI reporting, customer journey analysis, and actionable insights
• Define and maintain event taxonomies, data layer standards, tagging requirements, naming conventions, and implementation documentation

MUST HAVE SKILLS-MOBILE:

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement strategy, analytics implementation, or digital platform architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics, tag management, data layers, and event-driven measurement architecture
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and technical documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Knowledge of Adobe Mobile SDK, server-side tracking, and enterprise data governance practices
• Experience supporting digital commerce, customer experience, or financial services digital platforms

MUST HAVE SKILLS-WEB:

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement strategy, analytics implementation, or digital platform architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics, tag management, data layers, and event-driven measurement architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser debugging tools, and API integrations
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and technical documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Knowledge of Adobe Web SDK, server-side tracking, and enterprise data governance practices
• Experience supporting digital commerce, customer experience, or financial services digital platforms
• Data analysis

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
