Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Technician with strong board-level troubleshooting and repair skills. This position will support prototype development, regulatory compliance activities, and advanced circuit card assembly (CCA) diagnostics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex electronic failures and restoring non-functional boards to working condition.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, rework, and repair electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose circuit card assemblies down to the component level.
• Repair failed boards through component replacement and solder rework.
• Build and support prototypes, test fixtures, and production test equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, EET, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of electronic troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong soldering and board-level repair skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded electronics, and communication protocols such as RS-232/485, Ethernet, and USB.
