Program Overview
The Advanced Manufacturing Rotational Internship Program is a paid, yearâlong development experience designed for rising highâschool seniors who want to build technical skills, explore career paths, and gain meaningful experience before graduation. The program begins with an 8-week summer rotation focused on learning and exploring, followed by three 8-week project rotations during the Fall and Spring that are designed to accommodate your school schedule.

Rotation Summaries:
Roll Forming | Learn about the continuous bending process that turns steel coils into highly customized solutions for a variety of industries. |
Finalization | Explore the finishing process where products are completed using laser cutting, bending, and sawing to meet exact customer specifications. |
Maintenance | Gain insight into troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to keep equipment running safely and reliably. |
Tool & Die / Machining | Develop an understanding of specialized techniques to build, repair, & maintain precision tooling to keep production accurate and consistent. |
Rafts | Be introduced to assembling & sustaining the “raft” tooling, which drive roll form process and determine the shape of our profiles. |
Quality | Build awareness of how products are measured, inspected, and documented to ensure they meet strict customer and industry standards. |
Physical Requirements
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is provided and required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, coolant, or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts.
