Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design for new products and product improvements.
- Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Support design reviews, testing, risk assessments, and product validation.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, supplier, and field-related issues.
- Drive ECOs, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Design manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and test equipment.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality and throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional projects.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- + years of product development and manufacturing experience.
- Experience bringing products from concept through production.
- Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, and hands-on prototyping.
- Strong problem-solving and communication
