Job Description

Build What’s Next in Advanced Manufacturing

Join a global leader in advanced materials engineering and high‑tech manufacturing that’s growing fast. We’re hiring across Welding, Machining, Fabrication, and Production—offering pathways for both entry-level talent and seasoned experts.

A day in the life

Picture starting a four‑day workweek in a clean, well‑organized shop. You review a blueprint, choose the right tools, and prep material. Maybe you strike a TIG bead on precision tubing, switch to MIG for a fixture, or set up an orbital weld for repeatable perfection. You program a CNC router or water jet, then move a finished assembly with an overhead crane. Throughout the shift, you verify tolerances with calipers and micrometers, troubleshoot a routine issue on a mill or lathe, and optimize nesting to reduce scrap. You wrap the day maintaining a spotless, safe workspace—ready for tomorrow’s build.
