Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality and effective care, unique to each individual patient with a commitment to restoring function.
You will be providing our patients with the most exceptional care in a compassionate atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
Average daily patient census: 18-24 scheduled patients
Perform comprehensive physiological examinations for new patients
Formulate individualized diagnostic and treatment plans to establish new patients
Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures in accordance with guidelines and protocol
Perform large-joint and trigger point injections (training provided)
Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage treatment plans and provide advice on follow up
Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services
Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice
Complete timely and thorough documentation in EHR/EMR platform
Qualifications
Active NP Colorado and DEA license
Full prescriptive authority
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Experience in pain management, critical care, emergency medicine, or orthopedics preferred but not required
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
