We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital North campus.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital North.

• Part-time day opportunity (10-12 hour shifts), holiday and weekend rotation
• Opportunity to learn and grow as a provider
• New graduates with inpatient clinical rotations will be considered
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
• Competitive compensation

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
