Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high‑acuity, 44‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
24‑hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8‑week schedule
Shift options include 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
State‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
Dedicated in‑unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
