We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider in Brighton, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to serve the community. 

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care while managing both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll also support continuity of care through occasional community-based visits. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your practice.

You’ll practice in Brighton, Massachusetts, a vibrant Boston neighborhood known for its diverse population, accessibility, and strong healthcare presence.

• You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
• You are certified as FNP, AGNP, or PA-C
• You’re comfortable managing acute and chronic primary care conditions

• At least one year of clinical experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $106,000 to $149,000 based on experience
