Advertising Manager

A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to take ownership of its Amazon advertising strategy and performance. This is a full time, in-office position for someone with proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.

The Advertising Manager will oversee advertising strategy, campaign performance, budgets, and ongoing optimization with a strong focus on increasing sales while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Amazon advertising campaigns

• Develop advertising strategies focused on profitable growth

• Manage PPC campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, and targeting

• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations

• Analyze advertising data, trends, and opportunities

• Track key performance metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, sales, and spend

• Conduct keyword and competitor research

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and profitability

• Allocate advertising budgets across products and campaigns

• Provide reporting and insights on advertising performance

• Work with the e-commerce team to align advertising with overall sales and product strategy

• Stay current with Amazon advertising tools, features, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience managing Amazon advertising required

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and campaign optimization

• Experience managing advertising budgets and performance targets

• Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and other Amazon advertising metrics

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills

• Ability to independently manage and optimize advertising campaigns

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven

• Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce environment

Salary: $150,000+
