It's a great fit for someone who is equally comfortable with content workflows and the behind-the-scenes data hygiene that keeps advocacy programs running at scale.

  • Speaker & Event Support: Assist with speaker list management, outreach coordination, and logistics support for events.
  • File & Data Migration: Support the migration of advocacy-related files, records, and assets across platforms and systems. Document migration workflows and flag data quality issues.
  • Database & Program Audits: Conduct regular audits of the reference database and advocacy program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards. Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or missing records.
  • Process Documentation: Help document and maintain standard operating procedures for both program and data management activities.

Qualifications
  • Basic CRM experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple workflows, approvals, and event logistics.
  • Clear written communication skills for drafting customer-facing emails, internal updates, and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for managing shared customer story inventory trackers.
  • Comfort with data quality work, including auditing records, flagging discrepancies, and resolving duplicates.

Desired Skills
  • Basic understanding of PR or media relations processes.
  • Familiarity with data/tech industry terminology.
