PAY RATE: $36/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Performs soldering on electronic and avionics products.

• Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products.

• Prepares test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for tests.

• Installs and terminates wiring and assembles various electrical connectors.

• Applies organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.

• Works on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.

• Performs inspection, fabrication, installation, routing, termination, soldering, and repair of electrical wiring harnesses.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience performing soldering on electronic and avionics products.

• Experience assembling and installing wire harnesses and avionics products.

• Experience preparing test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices.

• Experience installing and terminating wiring and assembling electrical connectors.

• Experience applying organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance.

• Experience working on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.

• Preferred: Experience working on a NASA program.

• Preferred: Experience in a clean room environment.

• Preferred: Manufacturing experience in human spaceflight, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware.
