Join our team in Anaheim, CA as an Aerospace Manufacturing Cost Estimator. You’ll be the go-to expert who translates engineering requirements into clear, accurate cost models for aerospace manufacturing projects. Your precision helps our leaders bid competitively, plan confidently, and deliver on budget.

What you’ll do

• Interpret drawings, specifications, and statements of work to produce reliable, detailed cost estimates.
• Partner closely with engineering and production teams to capture labor, materials, processes, and lead-time assumptions.
• Build and refine cost databases and estimating tools to speed up and standardize pricing.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for completeness, accuracy, and competitiveness.
• Create concise estimate summaries and presentations for leaders and stakeholders.
• Track actuals against estimates and report variances to maintain budget alignment.
• Contribute estimating insights during project and proposal meetings to support decisions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience estimating within aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and material cost drivers.
• Hands-on skill with estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical ability and numerical accuracy.
• Clear, confident communication and collaborative interpersonal style.
• Comfort working both independently and within a fast-paced, team setting.
