How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build and verify high-reliability assemblies, inspecting your own work to rigorous aerospace quality standards.
• Set up, run, monitor, and change over production equipment to keep output on target.
• Spend focused time at a microscope handling tiny parts with care and consistency.
• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers to guide every step.
• Capture production and quality data; analyze and report findings to drive better outcomes.
• Keep your cell spotless and organized—safety and cleanliness are part of the job.
• Follow all safety rules and cleanroom protocols without exception.
• Join continuous improvement efforts centered on safety, quality, and throughput.
• Contribute to the site Operating System and help the team hit operational goals.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and data entry.
• At least 1 year of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in manufacturing; 2–3+ years’ tenure preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a cleanroom: full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and an anti-static bracelet are standard.
• Stamina to work for extended periods at a microscope.
• Excellent dexterity, fine motor control, and steady hand–eye coordination.

Pay and Schedules

• A Shift (4x10 Days): Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. — $25.32/hr
• B Shift (4x10 Nights): Mon–Thu, 3:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. — $27.32/hr
• C Shift (3x12 Days): Fri–Sun, 6:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. — $28.19/hr
• D Shift (3x12 Nights): Fri–Sun, 6:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. — $28.19/hr

Attendance Bonus

Total potential bonus: $3,000

• $1,000 after 30 days (perfect attendance during this period is required to qualify for the entire bonus)
• $1,000 after 60 days (perfect attendance not required)
• $1,000 after 90 days (perfect attendance not required)

• Ability to pass a drug test including for THC/ Background check
• Must be able to provide current non-expired documents of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident.
