Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aerospace manufacturing skills assessment, production standards, and tool usage and a proven ability to evaluate hands-on and theoretical competencies to drive consistent certification outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and score complex evaluation systems for hands-on and theoretical assessments.
• Support multiple client engagements concurrently and meet schedule requirements, including overtime as needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area within an industrial environment.
• Communicate updates, issues, and questions to management in a timely manner.
• Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy in designated systems.
• Stay current on aerospace and compliance requirements while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on knowledge in one or more areas: electrical, bond and ground, seal application, aircraft assembly, heavy or light structure drilling, fastener or rivet installation, production standards, and power or hand tool usage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new software applications.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and travel within the Everett to Puyallup area.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-3 years of training, leadership, or management experience.
• Experience conducting assessments in aerospace manufacturing environments.

Additional Details

• Worksite: 3003 West Casino Road, Everett, WA. Business casual dress code for interviews and work.
• Expected schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week based on client demand.
• US persons status required per Boeing policy.
• Maximum pay rate: $32.00 per hour. Maximum bill rate: $43.20 per hour. Markup: 35%.
• Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes. Expense submission via Fieldglass is required.
• Please note any past Boeing badge ID number at the top of the resume.
• Drug screen: 8 Panel - Standard Mandatory. Background check: Basic Package.
