Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Aerospace Production Certification Proctor / Electronic Test Monitor to support electronic testing and certification sessions at aerospace manufacturing facilities in the Puget Sound area.

This position is responsible for coordinating testing sessions, assisting participants with computer-based assessments, maintaining an organized testing environment, and ensuring compliance with established testing procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to support varying schedules and work locations.

No previous aerospace industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants attending electronic testing and certification sessions.

• Check in participants, verify testing requirements, and ensure compliance with established testing procedures.

• Monitor electronic testing sessions to maintain an organized, professional, and compliant environment.

• Assist participants with computer logins, software navigation, and basic technical issues.

• Maintain testing schedules, equipment, classroom supplies, and communications.

• Conduct prerequisite checks and verify completion of required pre-session activities.

• Prepare testing rooms before sessions and ensure proper cleanup afterward.

• Assist instructors with classroom activities, distributing materials, supporting computer-based exercises, and maintaining laboratory safety.

• Provide regular status updates to management and promptly escalate technical or operational concerns.

• Respond professionally to changing scheduling needs, participant requests, and operational priorities.

• Work independently or collaboratively with instructors, administrators, and other team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to assist others with computer logins and navigation of various software applications.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• Comfortable interacting with participants in a classroom or testing environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to accommodate changing work schedules and operational requirements.

• Willingness and ability to support multiple Puget Sound locations, including Everett, Seattle, and Renton, WA.

• Must meet applicable U.S. person status requirements for access to the aerospace worksite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in test administration, proctoring, classroom support, or training coordination.

• Experience supporting electronic testing platforms or learning management systems.

• Background in administrative support, educational services, or technical customer service.

• Experience working in a structured environment with established compliance procedures.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Primary Location: Everett, WA 98204.

• Additional assignments may require travel to Seattle and Renton facilities.

• Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.

• Flexible shift availability is required, as operations may support a 24/7 environment.

• Business casual dress code for interviews and work.

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.

• Must be able to comply with all facility security, safety, and testing procedures.
