Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (Electronic Test Monitor) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and basic computer operations and a proven ability to facilitate secure, efficient electronic testing sessions and support classroom activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions.
• Maintain testing area schedules, equipment readiness, communications, and risk and constraint logs.
• Check in participants, enforce compliance guidelines, manage supplies, verify prerequisites and pre-work, and complete post-session room cleanup.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Delivery Services Manager and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current on content requirements within assigned subject areas.
• Assist instructors by handing out materials, supporting student computer use, and promoting safety in lab environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Technical aptitude with PCs, including login support and navigation across software applications.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience monitoring testing environments or proctoring examinations.
• Familiarity with training delivery or classroom support.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Culture: Business casual. Dress code: Business casual.
• Physical requirements: None specified.
• Schedule: No set overtime expectations. Flexibility is required to support various shifts across Puget Sound locations.
