We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Lead Project Engineer (Responsible Engineer Authority). Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute engineering projects supporting production programs.
Assess and resolve non-conformances in real time to maintain production flow.
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
Optimize processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance efficiency.
Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, manufacturing, and product management.
Provide engineering authority for material review and technical dispositions.
Train and support team members with technical expertise.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 9 years of relevant project engineering experience (or 7 years with a Masters, or 13 years without a degree).
Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, analysis, or materials (required).
Previous experience with root cause investigations and non-conformance resolution.
Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA, process optimization, and systems engineering principles.
Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
