Salary: $60–$75 per hour + performance-based bonuses

A premiere destination for aesthetic and wellness treatments in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced aesthetic provider with a strong foundation in cosmetic injectables as we continue to expand and elevate patient care. This role begins part-time with an established client base you will inherit and nurture, with a clear path to full-time hours as our growth continues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced injectables to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across key portfolios, including Allergan, Galderma, Evolus, and Merz.
• Educate patients on loyalty programs such as All and Aspire.
• Educate patients on full-face rejuvenation and the connection between aesthetic treatments and overall skin health.
• Collaborate closely with estheticians, wellness providers, and front-desk staff to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and medical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in company-sponsored continuing education, peer shadowing, and advanced training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) 
• 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience, with progressive experience in cosmetic injecting.
• Strong track record of patient retention, clinical safety, and complications management.
• Excellent interpersonal, patient-care, and consultative communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Laser Technician.
• Experience with regenerative therapies, including PRP/PRF/PDGF, microneedling, or hair restoration.
• Familiarity with wellness modalities such as peptides, GLP-1s, IV therapy, and hormone replacement.
