DermAesthetic Consulting Group is a nationally recognized consulting firm representing a rapidly growing, multi-location medical spa client in the Boston area. This practice specializes in cosmetic injectables, GLP-1 programs, laser procedures, and advanced anti-aging treatments.
As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join their team and play a key role in building a high-performing, revenue-driven practice.
This opportunity is designed for top-performing clinicians who can demonstrate a proven track record of excellence in aesthetic medicine. We are not seeking entry-level injectors—only experienced providers who have operated in a full-time clinical setting and are confident in both their technical skillset and ability to deliver results.
This is a highly lucrative opportunity that rewards experience, performance, and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings not only advanced clinical expertise, but also a strong sales mindset, a commitment to exceptional patient care, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while contributing to a high-performance, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Administer cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra, PRP/PRGF) with a focus on safety, precision, and patient comfort.
Develop and expand a personal client base through consultative selling, treatment planning, and aftercare follow-ups to drive repeat business and referrals.
Lead clinical operations within the clinic, ensuring adherence to hygiene protocols, inventory management, and mentoring junior staff or estheticians in injectables and patient care.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and risks to support informed decision-making and improve treatment acceptance rates.
Collaborate with physicians and the broader medical team to create individualized treatment plans, monitor outcomes, document results in the EMR, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
Build the practice’s social presence by creating and posting Instagram and other social content, leveraging your existing following to demonstrate social proof and attract new clients.
