You'll assist with leasing activities, support affordable housing compliance processes, maintain resident files and documentation, answer questions, help residents navigate housing-related needs, and work closely with management to ensure smooth community operations. One moment you may be assisting a future resident through the application process, while the next you're helping maintain accurate records or supporting occupancy goals.
