About the Role:
Training and Leadership Consulting in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated After School Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily after-school program activities and curriculum
• Supervise student participants
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school administration
• Track attendance, manage records, and prepare program reports
• Coordinate enrichment activities including tutoring, arts, and leadership development
• Ensure program compliance with organizational policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience working with school-age youth in an educational or recreational setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers
• Proficiency in basic record-keeping and program administration
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
• Passion for youth development, mentorship, and community engagement
