We provide 100% of the equipment, structured lesson plans, and fully paid training so you can focus entirely on leading experiments and building classroom leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive, 60-minute science sessions for groups of 10–20 curious kids.
• Manage a safe, structured classroom using our clear guidelines.
• Transport weekly lab kits to assigned schools and run quick 15-minute setup and pack-up routines.

Requirements

• Reliable Personal Vehicle and valid driver’s license to transport lab kits.
• Afternoon Availability during school dismissal (2:30 PM – 5:30 PM) on at least 2 consistent weekdays.
• Youth Experience (e.g., teaching assistant, tutoring, camp counselor, coaching, or childcare).
• Background Check required (costs 100% covered; existing MCPS/DCPS clearance is a plus).
