Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Blacksburg office to ensure exceptional service standards.

Recruit, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to a growing team of sales representatives.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach throughout the New River Valley.

Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to reach our growth milestones.

Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and businesses to strengthen our community presence.

Foster a collaborative office culture that encourages creativity, professional growth, and personal well-being.

Active Virginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance License.

Minimum of 5 years experience in insurance sales or agency operations.

Proven history of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Expertise in local market development and community networking.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and agency profitability.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
