We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. This role is designed for candidates who want to train to run their own State Farm Insurance Agency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
- Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
- Track and analyze business metrics to achieve goals and support growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Illinois for property, casualty and life.
- Will obtain health license upon hire.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior insurance, business, sales and/or customer service experience required.
