Agency Manager Trainee

Our Agency Manager Trainee Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to develop the next generation of top-performing insurance agents and producers. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales, techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
• Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
