We’re looking for a highly motivated Agency Recruiter to join our Boston team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week.

What You’ll Do:

• \n
• Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide
• \n
• Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
• \n
• Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent
• \n
• Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs
• \n
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
• \n
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
• \n

What You Bring:

• \n
• Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in a sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have)
• \n
• Strong communication and people skills - you build trust fast
• \n
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win
• \n
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details tight
• \n
• Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach
• \n
