Agency Recruiter - Architecture & Design Recruitment Firm

Location: Orlando, FL

Working Style: Primarily In-Office | Flexibility Available After Onboarding (Hybrid scheduling, up to 2 days WFH)

We are seeking an experienced, driven Agency Recruiter to join our growing boutique search firm specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency or executive search firm required.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven, performance-focused recruiting environment.
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms required.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to identify, screen, and qualify candidates beyond reviewing resumes.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple searches and active candidate pipelines.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and consistent recruiting activity.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.
• Confidence engaging candidates, overcoming objections, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and securing successful placements.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Experience recruiting within Architecture, Interior Design, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
