Schedule: 0700pm - 7:30am (Every other weekend)
Job Description:
As a continuing care LPN with Client, providing top-notch patient care is paramount.
Under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Collects and monitors assessment data and reports physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs of patients and families in coordination with and as delineated by the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associated Degree in Nursing Preferred.
Completion of an approved nursing program - Required.
