As an Agent Apprentice, you will:
Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Maintain outstanding client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Meet or exceed monthly production and sales targets
Stay up to date on insurance products, underwriting, and industry trends
We are seeking candidates who meet these requirements:
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license, or significant prior sales experience
Experience achieving and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Motivated self-starter able to work independently as well as in a team
Bilingual skills are a plus
Base salary plus unlimited commission and performance bonuses
