Through the Farmers Insurance Protg Program, you'll receive paid, hands-on training while working alongside an established Farmers Agency Owner. You'll develop the sales, marketing, leadership, and business management skills needed to pursue ownership of your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $1000000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with prospective customers and identify insurance opportunities.
• Generate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.
• Learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Develop prospecting, referral, and marketing strategies.
• Manage leads, follow up with customers, and build a sales pipeline.
• Learn the fundamentals of agency management, staffing, and business operations.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work toward established production and program milestones.

• The ability to obtain required Arizona insurance licenses and meet applicable appointment requirements.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach you the insurance business. We're looking for the right mindset, work ethic, and ambition.

Your Path to Agency Ownership

The Farmers Insurance Protg Program provides a structured development opportunity designed to prepare qualified candidates for potential agency ownership.

During your training, you'll gain real-world experience in sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and running an insurance agency.

Upon successfully completing program requirements and meeting applicable Farmers Insurance appointment qualifications, you may have the opportunity to transition into the Farmers Retail Agent Program and launch your own agency.

With the backing of a nationally recognized insurance brand and the support of an experienced local District leadership team, you won't have to navigate the journey alone.
