Your Role
The position of Reservations Agent involves the responsibility of being thoroughly informed about the different products that the hotel offers as well as the special offers in progress. A perfect knowledge of the reservation procedures is indispensable. Finally, a courteous and warm welcome will be required for each phone call.
Your Missions
- Be the privileged contact of the sales department and the operational teams regarding the management of groups with the main functions:
- Apply the entire set of procedures and standards (Four Seasons, LQA, PCI)
- Respond quickly to client and agency requests by mail and phone calls
- Develop a keen knowledge of our hotels and the EDRH Domain
- Convert requests and optimize the sale of our Suites & Rooms
- Collect the necessary information to create a personalized stay and experience
- Recognize and anticipate client expectations
- Enter reservations and perform administrative follow-up
- Follow up on the invoicing of deposits
- Follow up on late cancellations and no shows
- Ensure telephone standard coverage in pre-season
The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, your function will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific management of client relations.
Profile Sought
- Languages: French and English required – a third language is a plus
- IT: Pack Office, Opéra, Golden S&C

- In order to reward the loyalty of our collaborators, a premium is paid at the end of the second consecutive season (Winter-Winter / Summer-Winter).
