Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients to explain our coverage options and how they benefit their specific financial goals.

Review existing policies with current clients to ensure they are adequately protected as their lives evolve.

Draft clear, accurate insurance quotes that address the unique needs of families and small businesses.

Collaborate with our internal office staff to streamline the onboarding of new policies and claims processing.

Participate in local community events to increase our agency presence and build local partnerships.

Stay updated on changing insurance regulations to offer the most accurate advice possible.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Maryland.

Experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a sales capacity.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management software.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Residency in or near the Annapolis area to support our local office operations.

Previous experience working with diverse insurance products or financial services.
