Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Engage with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs and financial goals.

Create and present clear, personalized insurance proposals that offer true protection.

Manage and nurture a pipeline of new business while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to ensure accurate application processing.

Participate in local community outreach to build our agencys presence in Columbia.

Ensure all insurance policies remain current through regular check-ins and account reviews.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record in insurance sales or client-focused advisory roles.

Proficiency in managing client databases and digital documentation.

Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Experience working in a professional office setting in Columbia, Maryland.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
