The Role

Union's agent network is one of our biggest growth engines. The more great agents we have in the field, the more venues we win.

We're hiring an Agent Recruiter to find, sign, and launch them. Not just any agents. The ones who come in with a head start: an existing book of bars and restaurants, deep hospitality relationships, or a background selling POS or payments.

You own the top of our channel. Your success isn't how many agents you sign. It's how many you sign who close.

What You'll Do

Find the best sellers in the market

You'll source agents who already walk into bars and restaurants every week: POS reps, merchant services agents, and hospitality vendors with real relationships. LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and your own network. You'll use AI tools to find them faster.

Sell the opportunity

Great agents have options. You'll pitch Union's partner program, walk them through the economics, and close them on why Union is the best product they can put in front of their venues.

Launch them fast

Signing an agent is the start, not the finish. You'll get every new agent into our 30-day fast start program and work with our Account Executives to get their first deal submitted within 60 days.

Open doors with ISOs

You'll identify ISO groups that serve hospitality, make the first connection, and hand them to our Channel Partnerships Manager to build the relationship.

Build the recruiting engine

You'll work with marketing on recruiting campaigns, events, and referral programs. You'll track every step, from first touch to first deal, and keep making it better.

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years in recruiting, partner sales, or the merchant services world. You know how agents and ISOs work, or you learn fast.
• A network in payments or hospitality. You already know people who sell to bars and restaurants.
• A seller first. Recruiting great agents is a sales job. You can pitch, handle objections, and close.
• Quality over quantity. You know one producing agent beats ten who never sell.
• Organized and data-driven. You track your funnel and know your numbers.
• Hands-on with AI. You use AI tools to source, reach out, and follow up at scale.
• Bonus points: experience as an ISO agent, at a POS company, or recruiting 1099 sales teams.
