What you will have an opportunity to do:

Front Desk Agent (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Embassy Suites by Hilton - Marlborough, MA

Do you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences? Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team.

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in ensuring every stay begins and ends with genuine hospitality.

Schedule

  • Primarily 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Holidays as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Efficiently check guests in and out using Hilton systems
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process reservations, room changes, and payments
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow all Hilton brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

What are we looking for?

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise.
  • Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
  • Friendly and helpful personality is a must.
  • Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
  • A strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • An outgoing and engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
